The Ploughman's Lunch originated in a bygone era, when farm labourers worked long hard hours on the land. It was this simple nutritious meal that gave them the energy for such heavy and arduous labour.

What is being sold here, is a "ploughman's lunch snack in a bag" - a sealed cellophane bag that contains 2 cream crackers (in another sealed bag) + a triangle of Laughing Cow soft cheese (sealed in aluminium foil) + another sealed bag containing 3 onions + a small plastic knife.

Processed Cheese - "Laughing Cow" - (Rehydrated Milk Powder, Cheeses, Butter, Emulsifying Salts (E450, E452, E331), Salt, Stabiliser (E410). (43%)

Cream Crackers - Wheat Flour, Vegetable Fat, Malt, Salt, Yeast, Raising Agents (E503, E500), Soya Lecithin (E322), Vitamins. (41%) Although we pack very carefully, we cannot guarantee the crackers will arrive unbroken.

Pickled Silverskin Onions (Contains Acetic Acid, Preservative (E223). (16%)
